Cancellation Policy: As soon as the booking is made, 100% of it is charged. If the
booking is cancelled 3 days or less before arrival or in case of a
no-show, 100% of the booking is charged and non-refundable.
Details
of the GTC:
The box below
will provide details on the amount of the fees charged in case of
cancellation.
You can
cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your
confirmation e-mail and following the instructions on your screen. If
your booking includes a booking fee, please note that this is
non-refundable. Cancelling the booking as soon as the cause of
cancellation has occurred is highly recommended.
Cancellation Fee: As soon as the booking is made, 100% of it is charged. If the
booking is cancelled 3 days or less before arrival or in case of a
no-show, 100% of the booking is charged and non-refundable. If you
need to cancel and if you have paid online for all or part of the
booking, this amount will be returned to you minus the cancellation
fee (except for non-cancellable non-refundable offers).
A security
deposit of €500 to €1000 depending on the apartment, will be
requested upon arrival as a guarantee for the accommodation. This
deposit will be made through a bank pre-authorization. It will be
kept for the duration of the stay and will be returned after payment
of all sums due and after the departure inventory. Please note that
in case of damage, the owner will be able to debit the costs
incurred.

TAXES
The
prices are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local
taxes may be requested in addition.

TIME
Your
room or apartment will be available from the time indicated below. On
the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the
time indicated below. An extra night may be billed if the departure
deadline is not respected. We recommend using the “Comments or
additional information” box on the booking form to inform us of
your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late.

PAYMENT
AND VALIDATION OF THE BOOKING
The box below
provides the details of your financial commitment required to
validate and guarantee your booking. Payments should be made using
one of the cards below, through our secure web pages. Your credit
card details will be encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
protocol up to 128 bits. Your credit card details can never transit
over the internet without being encrypted.
